Retro and colors

What's going on with bright colors? Why does everybody wear black? It is true that black makes you look thinner,  are we afraid of wearing some colors? But after on and on, unless you use some very special and unique clothes pieces, it might become boring or too stiff. Some psychologists say that also wearing dark colors every time might make you feel a little bit gloomy. I am a depressive person, so, for the last year I've been trying to enlighten my wardrobe 200% and it is working! Each time I feel better, happier, more confident, self secure, you should try! It is true, people will stare at you, but why does it have to be a bad thing?? We all want to feel and be unique, don't we? :)
Colors people are the most scared to wear.
           * Orange
           * Yellow
           * Red
           * Bold pink
And all the bright colors.
Possible reasons: Because you might be scared of standing out. The reality is that people try to fit in and the best way to do that is grey and beige, or in winter probably black, but if you like to stand out, feel unique, and with a cheerful vibe, you defo gotta try it. It it is too much for you, wear it first in little details to feel that is nothing to worry about: Socks, scarf, gloves, maybe shoes, details on a print,  a top and then a neutral sweater on top, and later if you feel more confident then go for something that everybody sees.
